• What you submit. When you use our "get matched" / request-a-quote form, we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, ZIP or location, the service you need, and any notes.
• Basic usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We aim to avoid invasive tracking and cross-site advertising cookies.

• To connect you with licensed local contractors who can provide quotes, wait times, and availability.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site and its content.
• To respond to your questions.

When you submit a quote request, we share those request details with local licensed contractors so they can respond to you. We use trusted service providers to run the site — for example a form/hosting provider and an analytics provider — who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted by emailing privacy@septicroster.com. If you don't want to be contacted by contractors, simply don't submit the form — browsing the directory and guides requires no personal information.

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to fulfill the match and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
